Scope:
Won through a competition among five leading Spanish studios. The project then covered detailed construction documentation, mock-up room design and supervision, and detailing of all public areas.
Key Responsibility:
Competition presentation and design concept. Construction and mock-up drawings, and specification of materials, fabrics, furniture and lighting. Design guardian and site supervision, including value engineering of design solutions.
